Why you take lawyer's help for this simple thing. ?
Almost everybody renewed EAD/AP by themselves.
EAD/AP filings must go to your I-485 processing center.
I think, if the lawyer send to wrong center, it will redirect to the correct center, there will be a time delay for this.
Same here! Our lawyer send our EAD,AP renewals to NSC,even though my 485 is pending at TSC(Last July got transferred from NSC).Till far no LUDs no any thing regarding them.I applied on June 30th and till far no update.Is this normal?

My parents are going back to India in April'10 just before completion of their 6 months. But they want to come back again after 3 weeks. They have got their visa for 1 year. So they can stay another 4 months on their 2nd trip from May'10 to Aug'10.
Is it going to be a problem during their next visa stamping or immigration at airport as they will end up staying 10 months in US out of their 1 year approved visa ?
Please advise.
It can get difficult at the POE. My parents in laws returned in 4.5 months and got questioned a lot. They will not deport them but they could give them at 15 day I-94 in which case the trip will cost you/them a bomb.

She definitely would have issues if plan to travel in TN visa. TN visa is not supposed to have any immigration intent.
The best thing to do is change her status to parolee and start working using EAD. There is no reason for her to continue in TN status, after filing 485.

My Present H1B stamp is with company A and expires November 20 2007. Now I'm with company B and with this I have my petetion (H1B approval) which expires June 20 2008. Now I'm travelling to India for my marriage and coming back September 8. I'm not getting the new stamp this time. Will I have any problem during the immigration ??
Also with my present papers, my wife would be attending her visa Interview on Sep 4. Will there be any problem for her at the interview ???

This was a GREAT week for all of us. Past three days have changed our discussion topics and we're now more concerned about doctor appointments and certificates. That is a good thing to talk about indeed. But lets not forget this battle goes on and we all need to be together in this journey. No one knows where one will be stuck!! So please continue working with IV agenda and contribute in anyways possible.

If you want to develop for WM5, 6, and 6.1, you can still use Visual Studio to create a .NET Compact Framework-based application. You will get the ability to visually drag and drop controls, write some code-behind file, and other things.
Though, it won't be quite as feature-rich as Blend, nor will you will you have the ability to easily skin/style your content :nerd:

Hi Gazman - for the most part, almost everything is run. There may be some animation-related things that we suppress, but you can have a nested class that controls some UI on a grandparent class, and Blend will happily show you the results of it.

Employer needs to stop smoking weed and concentrate on work. Jokes apart there was no such proposal ever in pipeline so there is no way anything like this ever was approved. 6 year limit on H1 is a law that cannot be changed by admin process. It needs to pass house & senate. Also 6 year limit makes lot of people go back to home countries and uncle sam can consume their SS & Medicare taxes.

These are so screwed up...
Looks like they are heavily back logged.. (mabye cause the conslate did not accept PIO and OCI applications for almost a month)
I sent in my daughter's OCI for miscelaneous service - move OCI sticker to new passport...
sent it in March and its still not yet reached the consulate..
when I applied the rules said they need a copy of old passport, they later changed the rules and are now saying you need to send orignal passport.
I sent the orignal passport also to them and since then no update -:(
Just impossible to reach them also...am on the phone since the last 2 hours -:( and still waiting...
they do not reply to emails either.
any one else here having trouble with them ?
